I'm Yvonne, LICSW, founder of Mind Wellness Institute.  I specialize in helping women, mothers, couples, and high-capacity professionals move out of survival mode and into a more grounded, connected way of living. If you’ve been showing up for everyone else but feel emotionally drained, disconnected, or unsure where you’ve gone unaligned in the process you’re not alone. I can help you return back to wholeness!

 

Therapy can be a space to come back to yourself.

My approach is warm, respectful, and collaborative. I meet you at the level of your nervous system, your lived story, and your readiness to grow. Together, we create space for the parts of you that have been holding it all together and for the parts that haven’t had room to speak.

  • Integration: Supporting safety, connection, and self-trust

  • Relational + Attachment Therapy: Healing through safe connection

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS-Informed): Working with your inner protective parts

  • Brainspotting: A somatic-based approach for processing trauma and stuck emotion

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) + Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Tools to clarify your values and shift patterns
